We just love ice cream!
Kayon’s Ice Cream began in a small kitchen filled with sunshine, spice, and sweet Caribbean memories. Born and raised in the islands, Kayon started crafting homemade ice cream using fresh fruits, rich spices, and traditional recipes passed down through generations. What began as a passion project—sharing scoops with friends and family—quickly became a local obsession.
Driven by love, flavour, and a dream, Kayon brought her tropical magic to London. With nothing but a few handwritten recipes and a whole lot of determination, she began creating her signature ice creams from home. Each flavour was carefully tasted, tweaked, and perfected—always made with love.
Today, Kayon’s has grown from humble beginnings into a full-scale production kitchen in the heart of Croydon. But the heart of the brand remains the same: bold, unforgettable flavours, hand-tested recipes, and that same homemade warmth in every scoop.

Our Factory – Where the Magic Happens
Located in Croydon, our dedicated ice cream factory is where Kayon’s flavours come to life at scale. Equipped for small-batch and large-scale production, we manufacture our own line of artisan ice creams with the same care and quality Kayon started with at home. Every flavour is crafted in-house—from mixing and churning to packing—ensuring consistency, freshness, and bold taste in every tub.
We don’t just make ice cream. We create joy, and we manufacture it ourselves—proudly and independently.
