All our products are handmade in small batches and may vary slightly in colour or texture. We use natural ingredients and taste-test each batch to ensure quality.

3. Orders & Payments

We accept orders subject to availability. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices listed on our website are in GBP and may be subject to change.

4. Delivery

Delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delays due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect product), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.

6. Allergens

While we strive to clearly label all allergens, our products are made in a facility that handles dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. Please review all ingredient information carefully or contact us with questions before ordering.
